COSTRUZIONI DONDI STRUCTURE
The Costruzioni Dondi S.p.A. company structure is headed by the Board of Directors, consisting of Maria Rosa and Alberto Dondi. The latter is also the President of the company, joined by Marco Bianchini Esq.
Parallel to the Board of Directors are a Supervisory Body, in compliance with D.Lgs. 231/2001, and a Board of Auditors – the auditors being Gianmarco Milanato, Aristide Pincelli and Fabio Cavallino.
The operative section of the company divided into four main branches: TECHNICAL DIRECTION and OPERATION & MAINTENANCE; HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT; MANAGMENT AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT; and, finally, LEGAL DEPARTMENT and SECRETARIES DIRECTION, which cooperate on a daily basis to the harmonious development of the company.
They ensure that key as well as connected functions are properly executed.
The TECHNICAL DIRECTION and OPERATION & MAINTENANCE Branch, which is a sector of the company, is further divided based on additional specialization, in:
QUALITY, HEALTH & SAFETY DEPARTMENT
its work centers on the ongoing safeguard of the health and safety of workers and associates . It is in charge of the Integrated Management System (IMS). The Coordinator of this department assists in preparing and maintaining the company in compliance with IMS (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, SA8000) Certification.
It evaluates the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System as well as the implementation of the policies and procedures pertaining to the IMS, to ensure the company meets its goals. It coordinates with the other company departments in all that pertains to the IMS certification.
Its work centers on all the drafting of plans/drawings and technical data key to the performance of the main activities of the company, as well as those preparatory for participation in procuring procedures. It comprises mainly engineers and draughtsmen.
this department is in charge of enrolling the Company, and keeping its enrollments current, in the Supplier Registers of the various Public Institution. Moreover, it also produces all the needed documents to participate in procuring procedures both in Italy and abroad.
this office ensures the procurement of materials for all the internal branches and offices, the constructions sites, and the external managed operations.
Lastly, the operational sector of the company is comprised of all the CONSTRUCTION SITES, worksites, and managed operations where the work teams are employed, supervised by the more specialized personnel.
