As evidenced in more detail in the section pertaining to the history of the company, our activities originally comprised only construction, moving then to include management in concession and (starting in 1970) also design.
The turnover development and the activities diversification required a specific organization comprising the high specialization of the staff employed in the various sectors of activity.
The necessity arose for trained and competent personnel operating within the construction sites, managing the concessions for the distribution of gas and drinking water, and responsible for the design of the systems and the construction of the electromechanical equipment to be installed in the systems themselves.
This led to the establishment of many specialized companies which currently constitute the Dondi Group with the following organization.

These are the companies that manage the construction of networks for and the distribution of natural gas in each country where they are based.
FIMM
It is the company that operates in the advanced service sector. It computerizes and outsources services for public and private companies which manage water, gas and electricity. Its flagship product is a wide range of management software. These automate every operational process, integrating with mobiles, tablets, and portable printers. Thus, the operational staff on the ground is able to read, invoice, instant print, ship and report on the bills pertaining to the direct reading of the meters. They are also able to carry out ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, namely checking the functioning, the sealing and the replacing.

Costruzioni Dondi and its Group have focused their attention on public utility works.
However, they have not neglected civil construction either. This specific sector is currently handled by foreign companies such as D&D REAL ESTATE and COSTRUZIONID DONDI BRAZIL, which makes us particularly proud through projects such as VILA FORMOSA, VILA ALBA and SPRING HOUSE.
